I just received this job listing by email for a Project and Account Manager for a new Los Angeles offsite modular construction developer. It contains a list of Skills and Responsibilities, which is a good thing.

Heister House
PFS Corporation
Mariotti Building Products

What I found perplexing can be found halfway down the list. I’ve highlighted it. Let me know if you think should be the #1 thing a modular construction company should require.

  1. I have this conversation almost daily when talking about all the new players and interest in the modular industry. When going modular, the two most important things are decide early and have people with modular experience on your team.
