OK, I give up. Now Peg wants this home. What is Modcoach supposed to do when his wife looks over his shoulder when I’m choosing my Modular “Home of the Week” and says she could live in this house. It only took her one glance to know that this is the perfect setting for this perfect home.
Then she saw the kitchen and living areas and immediately began planning where the Christmas tree would go and how wonderful that kitchen would be to cook Thanksgiving and Christmas dinners for the entire family. Simplex Homes in Scranton and their builder, Cornerstone Building Solutions built this beauty on the shores of Elk Lake in Waymart, PA.
A tip of the hat to both of you for this great example of custom modular construction.

Did you not show case this same house about a year ago? It looks very familiar to one on your blog site that we have seen before .
You're right "Little Bill". It is such a great looking modular home I decided to make it one of my new Modcoach's Modular "Home of the Week" selection. You can never get too much of a good thing.
