It’s not often that a modular duplex makes my “Home of the Week” list but this one is definitely worthy of being on it.
Located in Fairfield County in CT, this two-story duplex, made with eight modular boxes, four for each, comes in at 1,920 square feet with three bedrooms, two and a half baths, in-unit laundry, and a modular garage over a finished basement.
Manufactured by Signature Building Systems in Moosic, PA, this duplex is head and shoulders over just about any other duplex I’ve ever seen. Clean lines, plenty of upgrades and an open floor plan make this one of the best “Modular Home of the Week” I’ve done this year.
The exterior features gabled porticos, mahogany front doors with matching sidelights, and double-hung Andersen windows. Inside each unit, the main floor boasts amenities atypical of multi-family buildings, including 10′ ceilings, 8′ doors, and a radiant floor heat system.
This is not the first Signature Building Systems home to be selected as a Modcoach “Home of the Week”
I know it’s hitting on all cylinders when Peggy said she could live in this beauty. A job well-done Signature!

Coach,
Is there a link to the previous house of the week? I am new to your blog site and would like to view the previous selections.
